Stars (XTR) is Telegram's own in-app currency: the seller sets a price, in Stars, on a single (non-variant) product; a buyer taps "Buy with Stars" on the product page and approves a native Telegram Stars invoice; and the Stars are credited straight to the seller's own bot balance, not to BotLaunch.
