The three parts of a label on Telegram
The channel is where you speak: lookbooks, drop dates, restocks. The group is where the people who bought from you talk to each other, trade fits and ask about sizes. The shop is the Mini App on your bot, one tap from both. Keep the roles clear and each one stays useful.
Run a drop from the channel
Announce the date in the channel a few days ahead, with photos. On the day, post the drop with a button to the product, not to the home page. Put the collection name in the product names so a buyer who arrives late can find it through search. When a size sells out, update the product so nobody orders what you do not have.
Sizing is where streetwear orders are lost
Oversized, boxy, cropped: the words mean different things to every brand. Give real measurements for each size, chest width and length at least, and say what the model wears and how tall they are. Put a line under every product telling buyers to ask in the group if they are between sizes. Answering that in public helps the next ten people.
Keep the group healthy
A popular label's group attracts resellers and spam the moment it grows. Turn on CAPTCHA for new members and anti-spam from the start; both are in the free plan. The Starter plan at $15 a month adds the full moderation suite, including warnings and bans, and welcome messages that can point new members to the size guide.
A look with attitude
There are streetwear designs among the ready-made ones, from loud to stripped-back. Pick one, then swap in your own photos and colours. The design is where you start, not where you stop.
