What the shop does

- Product Catalogs
- Photos, descriptions, variants and categories, browsed in the Mini App or as an inline keyboard in the chat. You keep the catalogue in the dashboard; there is nothing to import it from.
- Smart Shopping Cart
- The cart is held on the server against the buyer’s Telegram account, so it survives closing the chat and follows them to another device. Items can be added, changed and removed up to checkout.
- Multiple Payment Methods
- Take card payments inside Telegram, settled into your own Stripe account, or accept Telegram Stars for digital products, no provider token needed.
- Inventory Management
- Stock counts per product and per variant, with a low-stock threshold you set. There are no reorder points and nothing is ordered for you.
- Order Tracking
- You set the order's status and the buyer gets a Telegram message about the change. The tracking number is a field you fill in — there is no carrier connector.
- Customer Support
- A member raises a request, an admin claims it with /claim and answers in the chat. That queue is the whole system — there is no live-chat widget and no routing rules.
- Cart Recovery
- A shopper sends /recover in the chat and gets their saved cart back. No automatic reminders are sent.
- Promotions & Discounts
- Discount codes, flash sales with a start and an end, and a loyalty programme that counts points. There are no bundle deals and no audience targeting.
- Multi-Currency
- Price your shop in any of 44 supported currencies. Switching re-denominates your products — amounts are not converted.
- Sales Analytics
- Revenue, paid and pending orders, best sellers and the cart-to-order conversion rate, counted from your own rows. Nothing is modelled or estimated.
- API & webhooks
- Read and write your catalogue and orders over the REST API. Outgoing webhooks fire on two events today: a member joining and a member leaving. There is no connector to a hosted store platform, and no inventory sync.
- Affiliate Program
- Built-in referral system with unique links, commission tracking, and automatic payouts.
