Not a bot, not a website
A bot is a conversation: you type, it replies, and browsing twenty products that way is painful. A website is a different place: the buyer leaves, loads a page, and half of them do not come back. A Mini App is the middle. It is a real interface with pictures, categories and a cart, and it opens over the chat.
What the buyer experiences
They tap a button beside the message box. The shop opens. They browse, add something, order, and the screen closes back to the conversation. There is no account to create, because Telegram already knows who they are, and the order arrives with their name and handle.
What the seller gets
A catalogue that can be arranged, a checkout that works on a phone, and orders that land where the customer already talks to you. The builder is block-based: hero, product grid, categories, reviews, FAQ and more, with a theme engine for colours, fonts and layout, and over 100 ready-made designs to start from. See Telegram Mini App store for what that looks like.
What it does not do by itself
Orders are seller-fulfilled by default: the Mini App collects the order, and you pack and post it. Payment inside Telegram is available on a paid plan with your own bot, and the money goes to your own Stripe account rather than through us. Being clear about this saves the disappointment of expecting a full marketplace.
How one gets built without code
You connect a bot, pick a design and fill the catalogue from a dashboard. If starting from an empty page is the hard part, the AI shop builder takes one sentence describing the shop and produces a themed storefront with copy and example products in about a minute, which you then edit.
