Three things a coach sells
Most coaches sell some mix of three things: plans people follow on their own, sessions with the coach, and a community that keeps people going. Telegram can hold all three in one place. Clients already message their coach there, so nothing new has to be learned.
Training plans as digital products
Write each plan for one goal and one level: a four week beginner strength plan, an eight week 5k plan, a home workout plan with no equipment. Describe who it is for, how many sessions a week it asks for, and what equipment it needs. BotLaunch can deliver digital products after an order, so the plan reaches the client without you sending it by hand.
On a paid App plan with your own bot, clients can pay for digital plans with Telegram Stars or by card through your own Stripe account.
Sessions through a booking page
List one to one sessions as services with a price and a length: a 60 minute personal training session, a 30 minute form check by video call. The availability block shows clients only the slots you open. The booking arrives in Telegram with their name and contact, and you confirm the place and time there.
A group that keeps clients going
Accountability is half of coaching. A Telegram group where clients post their workouts and ask questions keeps people training between sessions. BotLaunch can welcome each new member with your rules, keep spam out, and run polls such as "which session should we do live on Sunday?". Reputation and leaderboards add a friendly bit of competition for groups that enjoy it.
Start small
Begin with one plan, one session type and a free group. Watch which questions come up most and turn the answers into your next plan. Coaches who listen to their group usually know what to sell next before they ask.
