You can take appointments in Telegram by opening a booking Mini App from your channel. You set your weekly hours, holidays and slot length; the server computes which slots are open from your availability and existing bookings, so double-booking is impossible. Confirmations arrive as a message from your bot, and you can ask for a deposit.

Questions about booking
Can I connect Google Calendar?
No. There is no calendar integration of any kind. Availability lives in BotLaunch, and bookings appear in your dashboard and as a message from your bot.
Can I take a deposit?
Yes, through Telegram Payments into your own Stripe account using your provider token. This requires connecting your own bot.
What stops two people booking the same slot?
The open slots are computed on the server from your availability and the bookings already taken. The Mini App never decides what is free; it shows what the server returns.
