No. BotLaunch is a storefront and order tool, not a payment processor. Customers place orders and you fulfill them yourself. On a paid App plan (Starter, Growth, or Business) you can also connect your own bot and your own Telegram payment provider, so buyers pay by card right in chat, or turn on Telegram Stars for digital products (no provider token needed) — either way the money settles straight to you, and BotLaunch takes no cut.

Yes. The live editor controls the palette, fonts, layout, and content blocks, with a live preview as you edit. Start from any of the 21 ready designs.

No. The store runs as a Telegram Mini App on the bot you already use. There is nothing for your customers to install and no separate website to maintain.

Yes. The Free plan covers 1 channel with no message or member limits, basic moderation, captcha, anti-spam, and community support. Use it to test the platform before you upgrade.

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime. Upgrades are charged at the prorated difference. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Yes! The Free plan is available forever and covers one channel with core features, no credit card required. Upgrade to a paid plan whenever you need more channels or modules.

Modules are pre-built features you toggle on per channel from the dashboard. Each adds one capability: anti-spam, welcome messages, polls, broadcasts, AI chat, analytics. There are 165 in total.

Yes. Modules work together, and you can run as many as your plan allows. For example, pair Anti-Spam with the Welcome module to filter new members before greeting them.

AI features run on OpenAI with your own API key: chat answers, smart auto-responses, sentiment analysis, image generation, voice transcription and text-to-speech.

Yes! You can manage multiple channels from a single dashboard. The number of channels depends on your plan: Free (1), Starter (3), Pro (10), and Business (unlimited).

Yes. Group management covers moderation tools, anti-spam, welcome messages, captcha verification, admin commands, and analytics for groups of any size.

Bot tokens and other sensitive data are encrypted at rest with AES-256, and data in transit uses TLS.

Never. We do not sell, share, or monetize your data or your users' data in any way. Your data belongs to you, and we only use it to provide our services.

Yes. We follow GDPR-friendly practices including data export and the right to deletion. Contact us if you need a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) for your account.

When you cancel, your data is retained for 30 days in case you change your mind. After that, all data is permanently deleted from our servers. You can also request immediate deletion at any time.

Yes! We provide a comprehensive REST API to manage bots, users, messages, and features programmatically. It is included on every plan, including Free — plans differ by daily request limit, not by access. Documentation at botlaunch.io/docs.

Every plan can use the API; the limits are what differ. Free: 15 requests/minute, 2,000/day. Starter: 60/minute, 10,000/day. Pro: 120/minute, 50,000/day. Business: 300/minute, no daily cap. Short bursts above the per-minute rate are allowed.

Yes! We support webhooks for real-time notifications about events like new messages, user joins, bot status changes, and more. Configure webhooks from your dashboard or via API.

Self-hosting is not offered as a standard option. If you have specific infrastructure requirements, get in touch and we can discuss what is possible.

The platform runs on managed cloud infrastructure and we monitor it continuously. You can view live status on our status page.
