Selling in Telegram

Sell products inside Telegram

Open a Mini App storefront in your channel and let people browse, add to cart and order without ever leaving the chat.

No separate website. No redirect out of Telegram.

You can sell products in Telegram by opening a Mini App storefront from your channel. Customers browse your catalog, add items to a cart and place an order inside the chat. You manage products, categories and stock from a web dashboard, and orders arrive there and as a message from your bot.

Selling in Telegram
  • A storefront inside the chat
  • You control the catalog
  • Orders in one place
  • Coupons, bundles and gift cards

What you get

A storefront inside the chat

A full-screen Mini App store opens inside Telegram. Buyers browse categories, search, and order where they already are.

You control the catalog

Add products, images, prices, categories and stock from the dashboard. Changes show up in the storefront right away.

Orders in one place

Every order lands in your dashboard and as a message from your bot, with the buyer contact and delivery details.

Coupons, bundles and gift cards

Run percentage or fixed discounts, quantity and bundle pricing, and redeemable gift cards, all at checkout.

How it works

01

Add your products

Create products with photos, prices and categories in the dashboard, or start from a ready-made storefront design.

02

Share the Mini App

Your storefront opens from your channel and from the bot menu button. No app to install for your customers.

03

Fulfil orders

Buyers order in the chat, you see it in the dashboard, and you deliver. Add card payments when you want to charge in-chat.

Questions about selling

Do my customers need to install anything?

No. The storefront is a Telegram Mini App that opens full-screen inside Telegram. There is no separate app or website for the buyer.

Can I take payment in the chat?

Yes, with your own bot and your own Stripe through a Telegram provider token. By default an order is placed and you fulfil it; add in-chat card payment when you want to charge up front.

Can I import my catalog from Shopify or WooCommerce?

No. Products are managed in the BotLaunch dashboard. There is no connector that pulls a catalog from a hosted store platform.
