Questions about leads
Does it sync to my CRM?
No. Captured leads stay inside BotLaunch and are listed in the chat. There is no connector, no dedicated endpoint and no event, so you move a lead to your CRM yourself.
Who can see the captured leads?
Only group admins can list the leads, so members’ contact details are not exposed to everyone in the chat.
Where are leads stored?
In BotLaunch, against your bot. You view them in the chat with an admin command whenever you need them.
