What the free plan includes
The Free App plan is a working shop, not a trial with a timer. You get one storefront that opens inside Telegram, up to 10 products, up to 150 orders a month, and the storefront builder. Customers browse, add to cart and order without leaving the chat, and every order reaches you in Telegram.
The storefront shows a small "Powered by BotLaunch" badge. Orders are seller fulfilled: no payment is taken in the shop, and you agree payment and delivery with the buyer.
Who the free plan suits
It suits a seller testing an idea, a maker with a short range, or a channel that wants to see if its readers will order at all. Ten products is a real catalogue for candles, prints, baked goods or a small drop. If you are not sure what will sell, start here and let the first orders tell you.
What each paid plan adds
Starter, $19 a month: up to 100 products and 1,500 orders a month, card payments inside Telegram through your own Stripe account, and basic sales analytics.
Growth, $49 a month: up to 1,000 products and 10,000 orders a month, advanced analytics and discount codes.
Business, $99 a month: unlimited products and orders, up to three storefronts, custom branding and priority support.
Card payments and selling digital products for Telegram Stars both need a paid App plan and your own bot.
Signs it is time to upgrade
- You keep removing products to make room for new ones.
- Buyers ask to pay by card instead of arranging payment in chat.
- You want to run a promotion with a discount code.
- You are getting close to 150 orders in a month.
- You run two brands and want a separate storefront for each.
None of these happen on day one, and there is no reason to pay for them before they do.
The channel and group tools are priced separately
BotLaunch also manages Telegram channels and groups, with moderation, welcomes, broadcasts and analytics. Those plans are separate: Free at $0 for one channel, Starter at $15, Pro at $39 and Business at $99. You can use the shop without them, or both together.
