What you will set up to sell on Telegram

BotLaunch gives you two no-code building blocks. First, the Telegram bot manager runs your channel or group with moderation, anti-spam, CAPTCHA, analytics, AI replies, and scheduled broadcasts. Second, the Telegram Mini App store opens inside the chat, so customers can browse products, add to cart, and order without a separate website or app.

Step 1. Add the bot to your channel or group

1. Open your BotLaunch dashboard.
2. Create or select the target Telegram channel or group.
3. Add the bot as an admin to your channel or group.
4. Turn on the modules you need from the web dashboard. No coding is required.

Step 2. Turn on modules that help sales happen

Pick the modules you want to control what happens in chat and what users see.

1. Enable moderation modules like anti-spam and CAPTCHA verification, plus word and link filters.
2. Add user management modules such as welcome messages and user verification, if you need them.
3. Enable engagement and AI reply modules to respond to messages you receive in the chat, and analytics modules to monitor bot performance and member growth.
4. Use automation modules like scheduled broadcasts and triggers to send offers at specific times or based on conversation flows.

Step 3. Build your Telegram Mini App store inside the chat

1. Go to the Mini App builder in your BotLaunch dashboard.
2. Choose one of the 21 ready-made storefront designs.
3. Use content blocks to assemble your storefront (for example, product grid, categories, search, cart, FAQ, reviews, and more).
4. Apply the theme engine settings using the available palette and font presets.
5. Fill in your products, categories, and storefront content. Orders are seller-fulfilled by default, meaning you handle fulfillment from your side.

Step 4. Launch the store through your bot

1. Preview your storefront layout in the Mini App builder.
2. Connect your bot to launch the storefront inside Telegram.
3. Edit products, categories, and storefront sections after launch until the chat experience matches your offer.

Step 5. Accept payments if you are on a paid Mini App plan

Mini App orders are seller-fulfilled by default. If you are on a paid plan, an own-bot shop can accept card payments inside Telegram. On those plans, the money goes to the seller’s own Stripe account via a Telegram Stripe provider token.
