Breadth you pay for and never open
A multi-channel platform has to keep every channel at parity, which means the interface asks you which one you mean before it lets you do anything, and the pricing is built around the total. If Telegram is where your people are, you are carrying the rest of it for nothing.
Everything in BotLaunch assumes Telegram. A bot is added to a channel as an admin, modules are toggled per channel, and the shop opens in the chat rather than in a browser tab. There is no channel picker because there is no second channel.
What you can actually build
165 module types, grouped by job: moderation (anti-spam, anti-flood, CAPTCHA, word and link filters, warnings, ban management, raid protection), user management (tags, VIP, verification, welcomes), engagement (polls, reputation, gamification), analytics, automation (scheduler, broadcasts, auto-responses, triggers, conversation flows), and AI replies. Vertical tools cover crypto, e-commerce, courses and real estate.
Each one is configured from the dashboard. Browse the list on Modules before you decide whether the trade is worth it.
The half that is usually a separate product
Selling normally means a second tool and a second bill. Here the Mini App storefront sits on the same bot: a block-based builder, a theme engine, and more than 100 ready-made designs. Customers browse and order without leaving the conversation. An AI shop builder can generate a whole storefront from one sentence if you would rather start from something than from nothing.
Prices
The channel side is $0, $15, $39 or $99 a month. The Mini App side is separate: $0, $19, $49 or $99. You can buy either ladder on its own. The full tables are on Pricing.
When the multi-channel tool is the right answer
If half your audience is somewhere else and you need one inbox across both, buy the tool that spans them. Narrow software is a bad trade when your problem is wide. It is a good trade when it is not, and most Telegram sellers we see never touch a second channel.
