Why DM orders stop working
A few orders a day in private messages are manageable. Past that, every order is a small conversation: which size, which colour, how to pay, where to send it. Details get lost between chats, and you spend your evening scrolling to find what someone asked for. A shop gives every order the same shape, and the conversation is left for what actually needs one.
Step 1: set up the shop
Create a bot, connect it to BotLaunch, and pick a design for the Mini App. Add the products people ask about most, with the photos you already use on Instagram and the answers you keep typing in DMs written into the descriptions. The AI shop builder can draft the whole shop from one sentence if you would rather edit than start from nothing.
Step 2: tell people where to order
Put the link to your bot in your profile. Post a story that shows the shop opening inside Telegram, so people see there is nothing to install. When someone messages you with an order, reply with the link to that product and offer to help if they get stuck. Most will try it once and stay.
Step 3: keep a reason to be in the channel
Open a Telegram channel and give people something there they do not get elsewhere: new pieces a day early, restocks, a code for subscribers. Discount codes are on the Growth plan at $49 a month. A channel is a feed your followers see in full, which is worth having next to any feed you do not control.
What stays on Instagram
Discovery. People still find brands by scrolling. Keep posting there and let every post point to the same place to buy. You are not leaving, you are moving the till.
