Why order forms stop working
A form with a product list and a few questions is how many small sellers start. It works until orders come in every day. Then the work grows: read the response, check the spreadsheet, find the buyer in Telegram, confirm, ask the missing detail. Buyers cannot see photos next to the choices, and nobody knows if an item is still available.
What changes in a Telegram shop
The buyer browses products with photos and prices, adds them to a cart and sends the order inside Telegram. You get the order in Telegram with the buyer's contact, and you reply in the same chat. Order statuses keep track of what is new, confirmed and shipped, so the spreadsheet you kept by hand is no longer needed.
Moving in four steps
- Turn your product list into a CSV. Download the template from the dashboard and paste your products into it from the spreadsheet you already have. Load it, read the preview, fix any rows it points out, and save.
- Pick a design. Choose one of the ready-made storefront designs for your niche, or describe your shop in one sentence and let the AI shop builder lay it out.
- Add the photos. One clear photo per product is enough to start.
- Share the shop. Replace the form link in your channel and profile with a button that opens the shop.
Keep the form for a week
Some regulars will still use the old link. Leave the form open for a week with a note at the top that points to the shop, then close it. Mention the move in your channel twice: once when the shop opens, and once when the form closes.
What to do with old orders
Keep the old spreadsheet as a record. New orders live in the shop, and you can export them as a CSV file whenever you need a spreadsheet again, for example at the end of the month.
