Compatibility is the whole sale
A beautiful case that does not fit is a return. Buyers of phone accessories care about one thing before price or colour: will it work with my phone. A good shop answers that in the product name, the description and the category, so nobody has to message you to check.
Organise by phone model
Use categories by brand and model family, and a separate set for products that work with any phone, such as cables, power banks and stands. Put the exact model in the product name. A search box helps here more than in most shops, because buyers type model names directly, so add the search block once the catalogue grows.
Describe what matters in one line
For a case: which models it fits, the material, and whether it supports wireless charging. For a charger: the connector, the power, and which phones charge fast with it. For a cable: both connectors and the length. Put this first in the description, before anything about style.
Photos that show the fit
Show the case on a phone, from the back and from the side, so buyers can see the camera cut-out and the buttons. For chargers and cables, one photo of the connector up close prevents more questions than any description. Keep backgrounds plain and the same across the catalogue.
Bundles and repeat buyers
A case, a screen protector and a cable are often bought together. The bundles block lets you offer them as one set at one price. People who bought a case once come back when they change phones, so a short message in your channel when new models arrive brings them back to the shop.
Orders and payment
By default an order reaches you in Telegram without payment taken, and you confirm it with the buyer. On a paid App plan with your own bot you can accept card payments inside Telegram, with the money going to your own Stripe account.
