Scheduling a single post in Telegram
Telegram has this built in. Write the post in your channel, then press and hold the send button (right-click on desktop) and choose Schedule Message. Pick the date and time and it waits in the scheduled list until then. You can edit or delete it from that list before it goes out.
For a launch announcement or a one-time offer, this is all you need.
When a single schedule is not enough
Some posts repeat: the weekly menu, the Monday timetable, the reminder to read the rules, the Friday offer. Scheduling each one by hand is the kind of job that gets forgotten the week you are busiest. A bot can own that routine instead.
Setting up repeating posts with the scheduler
Add your bot to the channel as an admin with permission to post. In the BotLaunch dashboard, turn on the scheduler module for that channel, write the message and choose how it repeats: once, every day, on chosen days of the week, or every month, and at what time. Set the timezone to the one your readers live in, not the one your laptop is in.
A few habits that help
Keep repeating posts short and change their wording now and then; a reader who sees the same text every week stops seeing it. Put a date or a day in the post so an old one is never mistaken for news. And check the channel after the first run, because a post that went out at the wrong hour is easier to fix on day one than on day thirty.
Broadcasts are different
A scheduled post goes to a channel. A broadcast sends a message to the people who use your bot, in their private chat. Broadcasts are part of the Pro plan at $39 a month, and they need more care, since a private message that feels like spam is how bots get blocked.
