1. Put the button where the conversation already is
Pin the shop in your channel, put it in the bot menu, add it to your profile. The most common reason a new shop gets no orders is that the people who would buy never saw it.
2. Open with six products, not sixty
Six real items with good photos read as a shop. Forty half-finished ones read as abandoned. You can add the rest after the first order, and you will know better what to add.
3. Message ten people by name
Not a broadcast. Ten individual messages to people who would plausibly want the thing, asking them to look and tell you what is confusing. Some of them buy; all of them tell you what the page fails to say.
4. Give a reason for now instead of later
A first-week discount code, a limited run, a date the price changes. Not urgency theatre, just a real reason that the right moment is this week.
5. Place a test order yourself first
From a second account, as a stranger. Add two items, change a quantity, confirm, and read the message the buyer receives. This is where the missing price, the wrong photo and the unanswered delivery question turn up, before a customer finds them.
6. Answer the first order like it matters
Because it does. The first buyer is the first review, the first repost and the first person who tells someone else. Reply fast, pack carefully, add the tracking number so they get the message saying it is on its way.
