How many orders a Telegram shop plan covers

Order limits decide when a shop has to pay, and most sellers find them at the worst moment. Here they are in plain numbers.

How many orders a Telegram shop plan covers

The free App plan covers one storefront with up to ten products and 150 orders a month. Starter raises that to 100 products and 1,500 orders, Growth to 1,000 products and 10,000 orders, and Business removes the product and order limits and allows up to three storefronts. Knowing which line you are near is what stops a busy week being a surprise.

The numbers

Free: one storefront, ten products, 150 orders a month, and a badge on the shop. Starter at nineteen dollars a month: 100 products, 1,500 orders, and card payments inside Telegram. Growth at forty-nine: 1,000 products, 10,000 orders, advanced analytics and discount codes. Business at ninety-nine: unlimited products and orders, up to three storefronts, custom branding.

Which limit you actually hit first

For most shops it is products, not orders. Ten products is a real catalogue for a bakery and a tight one for anything with variants, while 150 orders a month is more than a new shop usually sees. If you are importing a sheet of sixty items, the product limit is the one to plan for.

What growing past a limit looks like

The limits are checked before anything is written, including on a CSV import, so you are told rather than discovering it later. Moving up a plan lifts the ceiling immediately; the shop, products and orders stay exactly as they are.

The two ladders, which confuse people

Mini App plans and Bot-Manager plans are separate. The Mini App plans above cover the storefront. Managing channels and groups has its own ladder: free, fifteen, thirty-nine and ninety-nine dollars a month, counted in channels rather than products. A seller who only wants a shop needs the first ladder, and paying on one does not raise the other.

Choosing without overbuying

Start free unless you already have more than ten products. Move to Starter when you want card payments inside Telegram or outgrow the catalogue, which is usually the same week. Growth and Business are for a shop that has proven demand, not a shop hoping for it.

Frequently asked questions

What does the free plan include?

One storefront, up to ten products, 150 orders a month, Mini App checkout, and a Powered by BotLaunch badge.

Which limit do shops reach first?

Usually products. Ten is tight for a catalogue with variants, while 150 orders a month is generous for a new shop.

Are shop plans and channel plans the same?

No. Mini App plans cover the storefront; Bot-Manager plans cover channels and groups. Paying on one does not change the other.

What happens when I hit a limit?

The limit is checked before anything is saved, including during a CSV import, so you are told rather than losing data.
