Is this a medical records or EHR system?
No. BotLaunch handles appointment scheduling only. It stores no clinical records and is not an EHR or a HIPAA-covered system. Keep clinical data in your own compliant system.
Can patients reschedule themselves?
Patients book and cancel from the chat. Reminders arrive from your bot, and cancelled slots free up for others automatically.
Can we ask for a deposit?
Yes, through a Telegram invoice into your own Stripe, using your provider token. This requires connecting your own bot.
